Use the form below to submit your free advertisement. See also Frequently Asked Questions. The following terms and conditions apply to Free Ads submitted via our website.

1. This is a free service and Titchmarsh Village Website cannot be held liable in any way for the outcome of any transaction conducted through adverts on this site. Anyone using this Free Ads service do so at their own risk and accept sole responsibility for their actions.

2. Titchmarsh Village Website does not have any control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the adverts or the ability of those submitting the adverts to sell items.

3. Adverts will only remain on this site for approximately 60 days after which they will be removed automatically. Adverts can be re-submitted at the end of this period. You can request removal of an advert at any time by sending an email to ads@titchmarsh.info.

4. We have a limit of 250 characters for the detail of free ads (excluding title and contact details) and no more than five adverts at any one time from the same person.

5. Although we endeavour to process your advert as quickly as possible, owing to administrative constraints, Free Ads may not appear on the same day you submit them.

6. This service is for the local community of Titchmarsh. It is intended solely for private advertisers—NO trade advertisers please.

7. The website administrators reserve the right to decline to publish any advert that they consider unsuitable or inappropriate.

8. The website administrators reserve the right to withdraw the small ads facility, depending on usage levels.

SECURITY ADVICE: You accept responsibility for any contact details you include with your advert. Be aware that by placing an advert, any contact details you agree to include are available to anyone using the Internet who happens upon the adverts web page. Email addresses can be used by unscrupulous individuals to send spam (unsolicited emails).

Advert Submission Form:

You will receive an acknowledgement for the advert when it is posted on the website. The advert will remain available for up to 60 days. If at any time you want it removed, please send an email to ads@titchmarsh.info.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I place more than one advert on the site?

Yes. You may place up to five adverts at any one time.

Can I used HTML tags in my item details?

No. To ensure the integrity of information processed for the website, please do not include any HTML tags in the details. Email addresses and web URLs, if entered in the Advert Details box, will be converted to links by the website administrator responsible for posting the advert.

How long will my advert be available on the website?

We set a maximum of 60 days, after which we will remove the advert. You can resubmit the advert at the end of this period, if you wish.

I no longer want the advert to appear. How do I get it removed?

If you no longer wish to have the advert on our website, please email ads@titchmarsh.info. We will remove it as soon as is practically possible.

My advert is already posted, but I now want to change the details/contact information. How  do I get the details changed?

Please email ads@titchmarsh.info with the changes you want made. We will update the advert as soon as is practically possible.

I would like to link my advert to another web site, is this possible?

Yes. Make sure you include the link in your details. We will check the link, but it is your responsibility to ensure it contains the information necessary. The website administrators reserve the right not to allow a link if the content of the linked website is deemed inappropriate.

Can I include a photograph of the item with the advert?

Not at present. However, you can host a photograph on another website and include a link in your advert details.
