The Fete proved a highly successful day accompanied by excellent hot nut not over sunny weather, The Fete raised over £5,000 for village causes of which £1,700 was given to the church.

The money from the Fete is an important fund raiser for the church. Not everybody appreciates that the annual cost of around £13,000, needed to maintain and run our church, falls to the village and is met through donations and fund raising.
