Titchmarsh Clubroom

Registered Charity Number: 202080

The Clubroom is situated in the High Street opposite the telephone box and serves as Titchmarsh’s village hall. It has an interesting history, being founded and built by The Titchmarsh Benefit Society in 1861.

The Clubroom was totally refurbished in 2004 with the aid of grants received from the Big Lottery Fund, East Northamptonshire Council and Northamptonshire County Council.

The hall is a warm, airy, welcoming place with a fully fitted kitchen, bar area and toilet facilities. Click here for photo gallery. The venue is fully accessible for people with disabilities and is suitable for all types of functions.

Organisations or individuals who would like to reserve the Clubroom for their event, or are interested in hiring the Clubroom’s furniture or equipment should, in the first instance, contact Val Sorrell on 01832 735448 or email bookings@titchmarsh.info

A copy of our hire agreement can be viewed or printed for completion by hirers. Alternatively, a copy is available from Val Sorrell when making a booking. Click here to view a summary of our hire charges.

The Clubroom is a registered charity and is managed by the Clubroom Committee who meet every second Tuesday in the month and who are bound by the Clubroom's Rules of Operation. The public are welcome to attend these meetings and we are always pleased to meet villagers who have views on improvements we could make to the service we provide for the village, or would like to contribute to the organisation and management of the Clubroom. The Committee would also welcome suggestions for future suitable events. Click here to read the minutes of our meetings
