I can't attend this meeting, and would be grateful if the Parish Council could let me know what this meeting is for and what the "emergency" is here: surely the construction of new affordable homes in Titchmarsh, and a drop-in event to publicise them, is good news for the village?

Hello Alex

I am responsible for the content of items posted on the parish council page. But I do not feel I am in a position to answer your question. In your absence I will put your question forward at the meeting on Thursday and get back to you.

Good Afternoon Alex,

After consultation with the chairman and other councillors . I have a answer to your question.

The sole point of the emergency meeting is to ensure that the whole village is aware of the drop-in event, and not just those who read about it on the website.
Therefore at tomorrows meeting we will discuss ways to get this important information out to everyone in the village.

I hope that answers your question.

Best Wishes

Yvette Hooks
