The Titchmarsh 10k Road Race and 3k Fun Run will be with us soon. Registration will open online in the next few days with more details to be released in due course.
If you want to take part in the race but have no idea where to start your training, then fear not. We have taken a 13 week, gentle training plan and will be publishing it each Sunday from now until the race. It asks for 3 sessions of training each week and really is a Learn to Run program.
If you are going to participate, remember to walk 5 minutes slow and easy to warm up before each session and again to cool down after each session (this is included in the session times given).
If you want to take part then stay safe, keep hydrated and don't push yourself too hard - if you can find a training buddy then all the better!
