A new yoga class is starting in the Clubroom on Tuedays and Wednesdays. There's lots of reasons to do yoga. It's a unity of the mind and the body and helps to increase flexibility and muscle strength as well as improving respiration, energy levels and vitality.
Yoga is also perfect to help maintain a balanced metabolism which can lead to weight reduction. It also improves cardiovascular and circulatory health.
Alternatively, if you just want to find stillness of the mind and reduce the stresses of the day, look no further.
