Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the requirements of the Industrial and Provident Societies Acts the shop association is required to hold an annual general meeting to report on its activities for the year, approve the accounts, appoint the management committee and transact any other business required to be dealt with in general meeting.

The first annual general meeting was held at 7.30pm on 26th July 2007 at the Titchmarsh Clubroom.  The notices of meeting, reports and minutes are duly attached below.
